I would recommend this dealer for getting me the car I wanted (they did not have the color interior/exterior in stock) at the price I wanted (price advertised online). They were able to get the car quickly so I could take advantage of lower interest rate. The staff was helpful and friendly - and I felt I could ask questions without feeling foolish. The staff offered drinks and wanted the customer to feel welcome. The showroom/service area has a great coffee and hot chocolate machine that will make service appointments more comfortable. I went to one other Subaru dealer 6 months prior to this visit (when I wasn't serious about buying), so I don't have a lot to compare this Subaru dealer to - but I would recommend. Jerry was my internet sales person and he was very helpful and honest.

I know I would not have had the experience I had anywhere else and not only do I now own a beautiful Kia, but it's the car of my dreams. Chris (Finance Manager) guided the timeline of the purchase, and facilitated our purchase in record time with a sense of humor that put us at ease. Bought a certified pre-owned 2011 Kia Sorento about two weeks ago from this dealership. Our sales rep, Jerry, went above and beyond. He took his time going over all the cool features of the car, it was great! Love my Kia Sorento, very happy we purchased it from Dulles Motorcars.

I had been in the market for a New 2012 Optima for a few weeks. After being given the runaround from no less than 4 other dealerships, who wanted to sell me everything but what I wanted, Dulles Motor Cars stepped up and hit a home run with me. I was given the very lowest quote of all the other dealers for the exact make, model, option package, and color Optima I was looking for. They beat the competitions best price by over two thousand dollars the very first quote.
My internet sales person was Samantha Dopson who from start to finish was excellent, she was very quick to give me the best quote the first time, she emailed back very quickly in answer to any of my questions and even held the car for me until I could come in and drive it, Samatha was just a pleasure to work with, no pressure what so ever.
When I arrived, I was greeted by Sami Ramadan who had all the paperwork in hand, ready to discuss everything line by line to make sure I was getting everything I wanted and that I was completely satisfied. Sami was one of the nicest, most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, he was not going to let me go without making sure I was completely happy with my total buying experience.
This was one of the lowest stress deals I have ever had at any dealer, every person I met was nice, helpful, and courteous. I drove almost 2 hours from Southern MD just to buy this car from Dulles Motor Cars and would absolutely do it again. I would encourage anyone else in the market for a new car to visit this dealership, even if it means taking a little road trip as I did.

I went to one dealership, Dulles Motorcars! Both of my children have Kia's from Dulles. My daughter had a Kia spectra to get her through high school and college and when she graduated from college she purchase a new Kia Soul. My son is now in college and has a Kia spectra and I feel safe as he drives to and from school with a 4 hour drive. Now it is my turn! I have not had a new vehicle in 8 years to ensure the kids were safe and taken care of. From the time that I pulled into the lot, to the time I pulled off the lot in my brand new car, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and wanted to meet all my needs! Originally I had expected to get a newer used vehicle, but by the time I left I was able to purchase a new 2011 Kia Optima! I was pleased with how great I was treated my the sales person. I like how he was honest and upfront about everything. That is what I look for when car hunting. I ended up leaving with the vehicle of my choice and love it. I wish I could have gotten a little more for my trade in. I used the trade in appraisal found on the kia site and I got less than what the site said for fair value. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase. I will refer people to kia as well probably purchasing vehicles from you in the future. Thanks Kia for getting me out of the dealership within 2 hours!

The service was very thorough and helpful. I was greeted as soon as we walked through the door and was able to test drive a great car within 10 minutes. All of the employees were friendly and willing to help, and I was able to walk out with the perfect car for me.

I was amazed by Gary's kindness and at how helpful he was. He answered all my questions and I didn't feel like he was pitching to me. This dealership is awesome and makes you really feel comfortable. Everyone in there has a great personality and are ready and willing to assist. I would totally recommend this dealership to any and everyone. They mad eth car buying experience so easy and pain free.

Dulles Kia provided very good service from the moment I submitted an online price quote. I received quotes from over 5 different dealerships in the region. Most of the dealerships started near the same price point. However, Dulles Kia demonstrated the most willingness to work and find the best deal for both sides. They didn't push me or my family into a car and they took the right amount of time to get the deal done. Abdou is an excellent sales person who showed a true commitment to his client. I highly recommend Abdou. It was a good car buying experience all the way through the Dulles Kia finance department.

I was in a rare situation that I had to buy right away due to a massive repair to my 2005 Toyota Prius. I wanted a hybrid and my USAA insurance company highly recommended the Optima. Gary did a great job, no heavy sales tactics, just straight talk. I LOVE MY OPTIMA Hybrid. It is snow white with a tan leather interior fully loaded. It is the most luxurious and stylish car I have EVER owned. I am impressed with the attitude of the dealership so far, they seem committed to going the etra mile to retain my loyalty. So far (two months after the purchase), I have no regrets. I would highly recommend the dealership and Gary as a salesman without any reservation.
